Kindly note, orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• All orders are processed within 48 working hours of receiving them. This processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Delivery Times:

 

• Mumbai: Orders shipped within Mumbai are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
• Metro Cities: Orders shipped to metro cities are typically delivered within 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Other Cities: Orders shipped to non-metro cities are typically delivered within 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and holidays. We work diligently to minimise any delays and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping:

Order Changes and Cancellations:

• If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
