Returns and Exchange Policy

 

At drunch, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product, and we want to make this process as convenient as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Only one exchange per order/product is allowed. Second-time exchanges are not permitted.

2. Returns (Store Credit Only)

  • All approved returns will be issued strictly as store credit.
  • Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • No monetary refunds will be processed.
  • Archive edit is not eligible for exchange
  • The shipping cost paid during placing the order is non refundable

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Last Chance styles (final pieces / limited stock items)
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Archive edit is not eligible for exchange
  • The shipping cost paid during placing the order is non refundable

4. Quality Check & Approval

  • All returned items will undergo a Quality Assurance (QA) inspection.
  • If the product does not meet our return standards:
    • The request will be rejected
    • The product will be shipped back to you at your expense (if requested)
    • No store credit or exchange will be issued

5. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
  • If the requested product/size is unavailable, a store credit note will be issued instead.

6. International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

7. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Products

  • Please report any issues within 72 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • An unboxing video is required as proof.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The shipping label
    • The unopened package
    • The full unboxing process

Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.

8. Pickup & Handling Charges

  • A ₹200 pickup and handling fee will be applicable for all returns and exchanges.
  • This amount will be deducted from your store credit.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure products are securely packed when returned.
  • drunch is not liable for damage or loss during transit.

10. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request:

    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return/exchange

11. Processing Timeline

  • Requests are processed within 3 business days after the product is received and approved.
  • Store credit will be issued within 3 business days post approval.
