Returns and Exchange Policy

At Drunch, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return a product, and we want to make this process as convenient as possible for you. Please take a moment to review our Returns and Exchange Policy:

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • You may request an exchange for a product within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchange requests will only be processed for products that are eligible for exchange as per the criteria mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Return (Store Credit Only):

  • Products are returnable only in the form of store credit valid for 3 months. 
  • Return requests will only be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

The following types of products are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Products without their original packaging.

4. Customer's Responsibility:

  • All costs associated with the exchange or return, including shipping fees, will be borne by the customer till our warehouse. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to carefully package and ship the product(s) being exchanged or returned to ensure they arrive in their original condition.
  • Drunch is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Return:

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at connect@drunch.in or +91 9869199477 within the specified time frame.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the exchange or return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product(s).

6. Processing Time:

  • Exchange and return requests will be processed within 2 business days after the returned product(s) are received and inspected by our team.
  • For returns, store credit will be issued in 2 business days and can be used for future purchases on our website for 3 months.

7. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are possible if the product has not been dispatched from our end. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order
